Brussels-built shop-floor tooling

Custom 3D printed jigs, fixtures and workshop organizers

Practical printed tooling for benches, repair cells, makerspaces and small production teams across Belgium and Europe.

  • CAD / STL / sketches
  • Brussels workshop
  • small batches
  • Belgium / EU delivery

Niche focus

printed helpers for the jobs that slow a workshop down

3DToolshop.eu focuses on small, practical tooling: locating jigs, drill guides, tool docks, drawer inserts, fixtures, trays and repeatable bench aids. Send a CAD file, STL, sketch, photo or broken sample and we will tell you what can be printed, what needs redesign, and what belongs with another process. Production still routes through the same Brussels workshop, materials knowledge and quote discipline behind Fast3DPrint and MadeInBXL.

Watch-outs

High-load, high-heat and regulated tooling needs careful review before any print recommendation.

How it works

From bench problem to repeatable helper.

  1. Brief. Show the task, dimensions, load, quantity and where the part will sit.
  2. Fit check. We review tolerances, fasteners, material fit and print orientation.
  3. Quote. You receive pricing for Brussels pickup or delivery across Belgium and Europe.
  4. Produce. The tool is printed, checked and handed off through the MadeInBXL/Fast3DPrint workflow.

Practical questions

Clear limits before production.

Can you work from photos?

Yes, if the dimensions and use case are clear. CAD is better, but photos can start the review.

Can printed jigs replace metal tooling?

Sometimes for light-duty alignment and checks. Heavy load or safety-critical use needs another route.

Do you make batches?

Yes. We usually prototype one first, then print the run after fit approval.

Quote desk

Send the use case, not just the file.

Useful details: quantity, deadline, dimensions, load, temperature, chemicals, fit points, screw sizes, colour needs and where the part will be used. Photos of the bench or machine are often enough to start.
